Some might say we are simply a company that creates trendy products to upgrade your foodservice presentation. While that’s certainly true (#presentationupgraded), we believe our products represent so much more than just something people use on their buffet or as a part of a catering presentation.
We believe in the power of our products to create a feeling and tell a story. From the meticulous design process that starts in Oceanside, California, to the hand-crafted manufacturing in Tijuana, Mexico, there’s so much love that goes into each and every Cal-Mil product. It’s our hope that you feel all that love in our products and that it inspires you to create a feeling for your customers to experience time and time again.
Our Family
Founded in 1965 by Jack Callahan, Cal-Mil was born out of a passion for innovation and manufacturing. At the centerpiece of it all, though, is and always will be family. If you were lucky enough to know Jack, it was obvious from the moment you met him that he had an overwhelming enthusiasm for business, but above all, he had an unconditional love for his family.
Today, we are proudly a thriving third-generation family owned and operated business, providing trend-forward solutions to our foodservice industry partners.
